We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This person will play a major role in customer acquisition and in achieving our revenue objectives. Responsibilities:
Understand and be able to articulate company values and offerings
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest via various channels
Build target accounts and account maps based on research
Generate warm leads and new sales opportunities through emails, follow-ups, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
Track and enable leads to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Maintain and expand the database of prospects
Track progress and share with the sales executive team
Assess competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements:
4-6 years of proven inside sales experience in the IT Services space (Current or Last Employer), with US-based companies
Track record of achieving quotas and meeting targets consistently
Excellent verbal and strong written communication articulation skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
