This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Insadec in New Delhi. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting sales calls, providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and bulk emails, also maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Knowledge of scientific and technical products/services is a plus
Experience in the life science industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
