JOB TITLE: PHARMACEUTICAL SALES EXECUTIVE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative located in Panchkula, Haryana. The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and promoting pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Outreach:
- Initiate outbound calls to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical practitioners.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to potential customers.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Establish rapport and trust to ensure long-term partnerships.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about pharmaceutical products, their uses, and industry trends
- Effectively communicate product details, clinical data, and regulatory information to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and effectively convey product positioning and messaging.
Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Continuously assess, check follow-ups, and adapt sales techniques to optimize performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes to the sales manager.
