Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated inside sales (telesales) executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in converting inbound inquiries, primarily generated through social media and advertising, into qualified leads and potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently handle and respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls to assess customer needs, project requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Sales Process: Guide potential customers through the sales process, providing information about Resset Construction's products, services, and offerings.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales.
