About the position:

We are seeking dynamic Inside Sales Officers (ISO) to join our sales team. The key responsibility of an ISO is to set up the meetings for our sales team to discuss Travel Services. To be a successful ISO, you should build relationships with prospects and organize first meetings to attract new contracts. The day-to-day activities will include cold calls, emails, and finding prospects through the digital channels. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with travel technology services offered by our company.
  • Prospecting and qualifying potential customers through targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our travel solutions to potential customers.
  • Set up the appointments for our sales team across various cities in southern Indian with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and leads.
  • Strive to meet and exceed call and appointment quotas.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch Catalyca’s products and services.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and follow up with leads accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Learning networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Applicants from a Corporate Travel background will be preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Corporate Sales background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Telephone & Email etiquette.
  • MS Office
