Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive lead generation efforts for the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in outbound lead generation, team management, and demand generation for analytics and AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the US market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting the fashion, retail, CPG, and manufacturing verticals.
  • Drive leads through a combination of outbound approaches, including email campaigns, InMails, and cold calls.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in different US regions.

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve desired results.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
  • Allocate tasks and set performance goals for team members.

Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including leads per month, meetings scheduled, and target achievement.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance productivity.

Individual Contributions:

  • Personally engage in lead generation activities to set an example for the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven track record in lead generation within the fashion, retail, CPG, and manufacturing verticals.
  • Prior experience in demand generation for analytics and AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience leading a team of inside sales executives and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the US market, including regional differences and effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and leadership abilities.
