Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of inside sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).
Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of sales process and techniques

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
- Train, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team goals
