Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive/Manager to join our team at SQ Bengaluru, India. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the UAE and Middle East markets. As an Inside Sales Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients in the UAE and Middle East markets.- Conduct market research to develop and implement targeted sales strategies.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our IT consulting and services offerings.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the UAE and Middle East regions.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies to expand our market presence.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and brochures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or business development.- Proven experience in the UAE and Middle East markets is essential.
Background in the IT consulting and services industry is a must.
Strong understanding of IT consulting and services solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
