Roles & Responsibilities:
- This is an Inside Sales / Tele-sales Role and will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, generating leads and achieving sales targets.
- Work with dormant merchants and activate them.
- Assist the customers during the transaction journey and help achieve successful transactions.
- Build relationships with merchants, brands and customers.
- This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports for sales activities and results.
- Hire and develop the best team to consistently achieve calls.
- Understanding of Indian financial market specially consumer finance
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Must be an MBA graduate.
- Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales or tele sales in loans, consumer durable loans/business loans/personal loans/insurance sales background.
- Excellent communication skills, selling skills, proven success in sales and target achievement.
- Strong sales skills, including negotiation, customer relationship management, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good at data management, contact center tools and technologies. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales plans and strategies.
