Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Manager at Salesable, you will play a key role in leading and managing the Inside Sales team. Your responsibilities will include training and evaluating inside sales representatives, setting and tracking targets and KPIs, coordinating sales projects, and maintaining team productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor inside sales representatives performance.
- Set and track targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and analyze team productivity on a daily basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast plans.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or services.
- Research and discover methods to increase team productivity.
- Build an open-communication culture within your team.
Requirement of an Ideal Candidate:
- 9 years of previous working experience in the field of Inside Sales.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
