- The primary responsibility of this role is to do outbound lead generation for new customers for Mandaala (the Enterprise division).
- This typically involves researching and reaching out to prospect companies and setting up discovery calls for the sales team. (Our target market is Indias top 1000 companies).
- The role entails engaging with senior (VP and above) stakeholders in HR, Admin and Marketing departments of these companies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or a related field
- Min 3 years of inside sales experience with minimum 1 year of lead generation experience in large / medium enterprise segment
- Exposure to working in HRTech, EdTech, B2B SaaS or gifting / printing company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research prospects in target companies
2. Reach out to senior stakeholders using various methods such as emails, social media (linkedin), calls to generate meetings
3. Introduce Mandaala solutions to interested prospects on Discovery calls
4. Manage the universe of all prospect reachouts and keep the sales data updated in an accurate and timely manner in the CRM
5. Share contact details of customer connects from databases like Apollo, Lusha with sales teams as per request
6. Follow the sales processes and participate in ongoing sales and product trainings
