Job Summary: As the Inside Sales Manager at Ostello India, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and revenue generation. You will lead a team of inside sales executives, assist them with lead generation, scheduling demos, and maintaining client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and ensure the smooth onboarding of coaching institutes. Additionally, you will organize regular school sessions to maintain a steady flow of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Management:
- Assist inside sales executives in generating and qualifying leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust lead generation strategy.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
Demo Scheduling and Follow-up:
- Oversee the scheduling of product demos for potential clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads post-demo to drive conversions.
- Monitor and manage the demo pipeline to ensure consistent progress.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with coaching institutes and educational partners.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Onboarding and Post-Onboarding Support:
- Manage the onboarding process for new coaching institutes.
- Ensure all aspects of revenue generation are optimized post-onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support to coaching institutes to maximize their success on the platform.
Organizing School Sessions:
- Plan and organize regular sessions in schools to introduce students to Ostello India's offerings.
- Develop relationships with school administrators and educators to facilitate these sessions.
- Ensure a consistent flow of student leads from school sessions.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Led, mentored, and motivated the inside sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help team members grow and excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
