Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our team and establish a lead generation team for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and a passion for driving sales through innovative methods. This role requires hands-on experience in email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling, and the ability to set up and manage a team of lead generation experts.

Outcomes Expected:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy utilizing email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
  • Build, train, and manage a team of lead generation experts to achieve monthly and quarterly lead targets.
  • Generate high-quality leads for our ATS that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Lead Generation Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on, demonstrable experience in at least one lead generation method (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling) as a lead. Evidence requirements: Detailed examples of past campaigns/projects, metrics achieved, and specific role in the execution.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing a team, with strong leadership and motivational skills. Evidence requirements: Examples of past team-building efforts, team performance metrics, and leadership style.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition and engage potential leads. Evidence requirements: Samples of past communication materials, scripts, or email campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Evidence requirements: Examples of reports created, analysis performed, and insights derived from data.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant software. Evidence requirements: List of tools and software previously used, with specific examples of how they were utilized.
