We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and building client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and is driven to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Oversee CRM system usage and data accuracy to improve sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment in strategies and customer insights.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and stay competitive.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
