Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in driving revenue growth, managing sales operations, and building client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and is driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Oversee CRM system usage and data accuracy to improve sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment in strategies and customer insights.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in B2B Tech/ SaaS sales
  • Familiarity with data-driven sales techniques and analytics.
