Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales for Flashaid on a day-to-day basis.

• Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
