Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives.
Set individual and team sales targets, and ensure alignment with company goals.
Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Anydegree, MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in inside sales ( Preferably Edu-Tech)
At least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Emoluments: Based on market standards
