Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team at ExcelR Solutions. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales
