What your day looks like: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell lending products.
Explain the features and benefits of our lending solutions, addressing customer and inquiries concerns effectively.
Assess customer needs and financial situations to recommend suitable lending products
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to lending.
Sound understanding/knowledge about various financial products and structures
Internal and external Channel management
Experience in providing customer service support
Proficiency in English and email drafting skills
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
