Inside Sales Manager

Job brief:

The candidate will lead all Sales channels to drive revenue for the company. It could involve Inside sales, channel sales, Online leads etc.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for closing the leads to revenue-generating opportunities
The role would involve setting up meetings, demo, address any questions, signing contracts
The role would involve not only new customer acquisition but also nurturing the already acquired customers and build relationships and explore upgrading the footprint
Hiring and training the team
Set goals and work with the team to achieve the goals
Be a bridge between the leadership and the team in helping achieve organizational goals and objectives
Work with other teams such as Technology, Support to bring the best experience to customers
