Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective inside sales strategies and handle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proven track record in inside sales, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals through phone calls, emails, and online
presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation, content development, and campaign execution .
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote company services and generate brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback to drive product enhancements and

Skills required:
  • 1 to 2 years experience in IT Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Experience working with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: 189,
  • 73 - 1,074,144.06 per year
