Roles & Responsibilities -

• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide
• detailed information about Zolo's offerings
• Effectively communicate all relevant details to prospective customers, addressing
• inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate visits through three modes - walk-ins, in-person, and WhatsApp video
• tours.
• Guide customers through the pre-booking process
• Work towards and exceed monthly booking targets through proactive calling efforts.

Qualifications -

• Degree or Diploma in any stream.

Skills Required -

• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ready to achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
