Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Intern to join our team. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, identifying potential clients, and assisting in the growth of our customer base. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and logistics within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and online sources.
- Customer Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our services and understand their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily activities, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
