About The Role
We're seeking a motivated Inside sales Executive to join our team and play a vital role in streamlining the lab testing process for our clients. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to leads and existing clients to schedule their lab tests, answer their questions, and guide them through the booking process.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and clients to schedule lab tests.
- Answer client questions and address any concerns regarding the lab testing process.
- Guide clients through the lab test booking and scheduling process.
- Coordinate with lab partners to ensure seamless test scheduling and sample collection.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the lab testing process.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or operations is a plus.
