Job Title: Inside Sales Representative / Executive

Location: Mumbai, India

Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Vernost, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You will focus on selling Vernosts suite of products, including loyalty and rewards platforms, payment solutions, and travel services. You will generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales by demonstrating how Vernosts solutions meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a deep understanding of Vernosts products and services, including VePay, ClubClass, and VeTravel, and effectively communicate their value propositions.

- Proactively identify potential clients through research, networking, and inbound leads.

- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and online platforms to engage decision-makers and present Vernosts solutions.

- Qualify leads by understanding the prospect's business challenges and matching them with appropriate solutions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.

- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of the target market.

- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve Vernosts offerings based on customer insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in technology-driven solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting.

- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and industry developments.
