Position: Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team and drive business growth. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating with clients, maintaining documentation, and providing seamless support to maximize team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and system integrators.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and manage distribution networks to enhance sales performance and market presence.
- Plan and implement innovative promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor sales schedules, maintain key documents, and ensure the availability of sales materials.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, offering after-sales and on-call technical support as needed.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors, identify trends, and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 12 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Email communication.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Languages Required:
Proficiency in Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, or English is essential.
