This is a full-time in-office role for an Inside Sales Executive at The Shubham Group in Noida. The Inside Sales Executive will communicate with potential customers, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales for the company's properties. The role involves actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through sales.

• Contact and follow up with provided leads to nurture potential customers.
• Provide detailed property information, including pricing and features.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and useful information in CRM software.
• Regularly follow up to maintain interest and guide decision-making.
• Strive to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Qualifications

• Inside or Real Estate Sales skills
• Advanced English and Hindi Communication
• Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge of CRM software
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
• Bachelor's or diploma degree
