Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Inside Sales in the IT industry. As a Lead - Inside Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and its products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and productivity.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Set clear sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and product improvement areas.
6. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services in the market.
