Designation: Inside Sales Associate
- Job Location: Kochi, Kerala
Generating new ISV/Customer Leads from the DB provided and drive it to closures with TCR field sales team.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails- Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within yourassigned territory.
- Must Have Skills/Knowledge:
1- 3 years of experience in team handling from similar business area, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs- Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
