Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  2. Qualify leads and identify potential customers needs, challenges, and goals.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
  4. Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  7. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales in the Indian market.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
