Position Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and cold-calling potential clients to promote our legal services. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently to identify opportunities and convert them into qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Call existing clients to discuss and facilitate the renewal of their intellectual property rights.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IPR services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients and prospects.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's legal services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure they move through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements

- Graduation & above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
