Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling
  • Setting up telephonic meetings with potential clients
  • Negotiate/close deals on calls and handle complaints or objections

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements:-

  • Proven experience as a Inside Sales Executive or relevant role with a minimum of 2 number of years with E-commerce company
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and any regional languages
  • Fair understanding of sales and negotiating techniques on calls
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
