- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements:-
- Proven experience as a Inside Sales Executive or relevant role with a minimum of 2 number of years with E-commerce company
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and any regional languages
- Fair understanding of sales and negotiating techniques on calls
- Fast learner and passion for sales
