Inside Sales Executive

Our newly developed in-house application, the RedSwitches Cloud Management App, offers comprehensive server management solutions, including Ordering, Billing, and Invoice management, as well as a suite of cloud server management tools.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients requirements and recommend appropriate dedicated and bare metal server solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Requirements:

Minimum work experience of 2 to 4 years is required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other field.

Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.

Excellent communication Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software.

Motivated self-starter with a results-driven attitude.

Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly changing industry.

Technical background or understanding of server hardware, web-hosting, cloud and networking concepts.

Previous experience selling to SME/SMB & enterprise-level clients.
