Job description: Inside Sales Executive (Calling Process)
We are looking for a hard-working individual with good written and verbal communication skills
for a Visa process in-order to handle visa-related enquiries and close sales.
Shift Timing: 9hrs Monthly Rotation Shift (Comfortable with Night Shifts)
Number of Openings: 40 (Male Candidates - Preferred)
Job Responsibility
Engage in chat conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert chat interactions into sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for achieving sales goals.
Ability to follow up with potential customers on the phone to persuade them to purchase Visa services.
Ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment,
Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of handling international customers will be an edge
Sales Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information, interactions, and progress in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer details, sales activities, and follow-up tasks.
Skills Experience Requirement
Good Typing Speed, typing speed over 25 WPM will be preferred.
Graduate in any field, Degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business will be preferred
