Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads: You'll be provided with qualified leads, often students or their
parents, and will need to extensively follow up to understand their remittance needs.
Build client relationships: Develop rapport with clients, answer their questions in a clear and concise manner, and guide them through the remittance process with excellent communication skills.
Process transactions: Assist clients in completing remittance transactions accurately and
efficiently.
Follow up: Ensure timely client onboarding and persistently follow up with clients for successful transaction completion.
Maintain accurate records: Meticulously track client information and transaction details.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience in foreign exchange and remittance processing (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
