Job Summary : - We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential customers through various channels, and driving sales opportunities to closure.
The Inside - Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- Lead Generation : - Conduct research to identify potential leads and target customers. - Connecting with as many Companies each day from the leads/database present on our CRM - Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads. - Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads generated through campaigns.
- 2. Customer Outreach : - Generating a pool of prospects by identifying the need of companies with Office/Household Relocation & DATA Centre Migration. IT Support - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present relevant product or service offerings. - Communicate effectively to articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- 3. Communication: Communication is the Key to this profile, Strong Verble & Written Communication with good proficiency in English required
- 4. Pipeline Management : - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records & Follow up of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Track and manage sales opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- 5. Quota Achievement : - Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Ensure to meet daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrolment target.
- 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights, strategies, and feedback.
