We are hiring Inside Sales Manager. Job Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer's and following up on leads Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services Upselling products and services
Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities Fix appointments and deliver LearnQoch product demos to Government, Trustees, Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle
Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution
Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100% customer satisfaction
