Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. This role requires a solid understanding of the automobile industry and involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and driving footfall to the showroom. The primary focus will be on qualifying leads and inviting them to the retail showroom for test drives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and should be enthusiastic about making calls, driving customer interest, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make 150-200 calls per day to potential customers (leads) and engage them in meaningful conversations about their interest in vehicles.
- Client Engagement: Qualify leads and invite them to the retail showroom for test drives, ensuring that prospects visit the showroom in person.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the retail team to ensure smooth customer transitions from phone inquiries to in-store visits.
- Achieve Daily Targets: Drive footfall to the showroom, helping meet daily and monthly targets based on the number of test drives scheduled.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead status, and test drive appointments.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in Inside Sales (automobile industry experience is a plus).
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with leads and convert them into showroom visits.
- Sales Focus: Ability to make a high volume of calls and drive customer interest to visit the showroom for test drives.
- Target-Oriented: Must be comfortable working towards daily and monthly lead generation and showroom footfall targets.
Location: Work will be from the retail showroom in Delhi/Bangalore/ Pune
