We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Job responsibilities -

1. Outbound cold-calling & Email marketing to a defined set of target prospect accounts and generating a fixed amount of qualified leads / meetings per month.

2. Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team.

3. Contact B2B premium Clients via Professional networking sites, such as LinkedIn, zoom info, jigsaw, etc.

4. Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects globally.

5. Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client sales team in the US.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-9 years of experience in inside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
