Your mission: convert leads into surgical consultations. Bring your passion for healthcare, exceptional sales skills, and commitment to helping patients make informed decisions. Tasks include cold calling, pitching services, empathizing with patient pain points, and ensuring smooth surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
- Convert inbound leads into surgical consultations through effective communication, active listening, and objection handling.
- Proactively follow up with leads to address their concerns and provide solutions.
Cold Calling and Pitching:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, introducing our healthcare consulting services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Tailor your pitch to address individual patient needs and objections.
Consultative Selling:
- Develop a deep understanding of patients pain points, concerns, and healthcare requirements.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to provide information, build trust, and guide patients toward informed decisions.
Objection Handling:
- Effectively address patient objections and concerns with empathy, providing information and solutions that alleviate their doubts.
- Overcome objections with a patient-centric approach.
Coordination and Support:
- Assist patients in coordinating surgical procedures, including scheduling, pre-operative guidance, and post-operative support.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Continuously improve sales processes to enhance lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Any bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare consulting or a related field.
- Exceptional cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare procedures, patient concerns, and decision-making processes.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving circumstances.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to new healthcare technologies and services.
- Flexibility in adapting to evolving circumstances and market dynamics.
