Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails inbound lead follow-up.
Studying all sales leads, allocating them appropriately, and driving leads through the sales process by initiating meetings through the on-ground Sales team.
Persistent follow- ups with the business accounts until closure of sales cycle.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic sales plan, developed by the Sales Head.
Understanding customer needs and requirements. Ability to effectively handle customer objections by having any innate understanding of the company s product offerings.
Research business accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Contribute to the overall achievement of the teams revenue and non- revenue targets.
SKILLS
Good spoken and written English Skills
Track record of over-achieving sales targets
Strong phone presence and experience in dialing in larger volumes of calls per day
Experience of working on sales CRM
Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to cultivate and build relationships
Strong follow-up skills
