Job Description

Profile Academic Counsellor Inside Sales
  • Location Gurugram Sector 28, Nearest metro station Sikandarpur
  • Qualification Graduated


  • Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele-counselling sessions to guide participants in making informed

    decisions about our executive courses.

  • Understand candidate profiles to tailor counselling sessions according to their career

    enhancement needs.

  • Effectively convey the benefits and advantages of enrolling in our executive courses.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Keen interest in interacting with participants and addressing their educational

    requirements.

  • Excellent command over the English language.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Working Days:

  • Mandatory work from the office role from day one.

  • 5 days working with rotational week offs.

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
