Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Inside Sales professional to join our Salesforce Consulting Services team in India. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in technology or consulting services, with a strong ability to communicate value propositions and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients for Salesforce consulting services through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media like LinkedIn, and networking.
Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Salesforce solutions can address their needs.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal development, and negotiation to meet sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the PreSales and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Coordinate with Salesforce consultants to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and achieving targets.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
