Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Generate leads via phone calls, emails, and online marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients and sales activities.
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Sales Process Management:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare IT or a related industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT products and their applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Additional Requirements:
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
