Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Executive
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential prospects and opportunities within the higher education sector.

  • Utilize various channels, including online databases, industry publications, and networking events, to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target institutions.

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound sales calls, emails, and social media platforms to generate leads and schedule appointments for front-end sales team members.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.

  • Engage with key decision-makers, such as academic administrators, department heads, and faculty members, to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals.

  • compellingly present our products and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and meeting schedules in the CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies and approaches to improve effectiveness and drive results.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and support sales efforts
  • Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in inside sales or business development, preferably within the higher

education sector.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the higher education landscape, including key trends, challenges, and

opportunities.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
