Responsibilities
Customer Outreach:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and other communication methods to engage potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our courses.
Sales Presentation
Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our courses for working professionals.
Customize presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of individual clients.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and how they align with the professional development goals of the target audience.
Consultative Selling
Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each potential customer.
Recommend suitable courses based on the prospective student's career goals and industry trends.
Provide guidance on available payment plans and options.
Sales Targets
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the system.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the professional development landscape.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
