Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Chennai (Teynampet) & Bangalore(Vasanth Nagar). The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, customer service, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted market research within the education sector to identify potential customers.
Proactively engage prospects through various channels like phone, email, and online platforms to introduce our Edtech solutions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, effectively communicating their features and benefits to prospects.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure accurate and updated customer information in our CRM system to track sales activities and progress.
Meet or exceed demo targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.
