CRM Management : Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline to management.
Requirements
Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
Freshers are eligible or 1-3 years of experience in sales, logistics or freight forwarding field
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Customer-focused Attitude : Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
Negotiation Skills : Capability to negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
