We are looking for a skilled Inside Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. You will contribute to the growth and success of our company by effectively selling our staffing and consulting solutions to corporate houses and companies across various industries.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role
- Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the staffing and consulting industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
