We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will interact and engage with our core target audience, including CXOs, Head HRs, and L&D Heads, as part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and showcase how enParadigm's solutions can fulfill their learning needs.
- Online Demos: Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Client Pitches: Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand.
- Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and close deals.
Key Metrics to be Delivered:
- Lead Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Client Meetings: Conduct at least 30-40 client meetings* per month with budget owners and decision makers.
- Conversion Rate: Maintain a high conversion rate from client meetings to lead generation..
- Client Retention: Maintain a high client retention rate through effective relationship management.
