1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
2. Answer questions about products or the company.

13. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
14. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
15. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
16. Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
17. Manage time & appointments of clients who visits and reporting/data entry of the same.
18. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information about the clients.
19. Develop business by doing more & more sales daily.
